Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

A valid credit card is required for all bookings.

Cancellations are accepted up to 48 hours before the scheduled service. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will be charged 25% of the scheduled service cost. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service cost. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost.

Cancellation Policy Notice

To provide the best service to all clients, we require advance notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests.

Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or modify your appointment. This allows us the opportunity to offer the reserved time to another client.

Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a 25% cancellation fee. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Clients who miss their appointment without notice (“no-shows”) will be charged the full service amount and may be required to prepay for future bookings.
